Hello!

Designing homes and the details that go into them, are what I am most passionate about. I have 20+ years in residential architecture in the Seattle area from small remodeling to new homes. This is a place for me to share photos of the homes I have worked on, but also have come across in my travels. The start of this blog tracked the process of my husband, Neil Chapman, of Brixton Builders and I building the Karina house and all the decisions that went into it's creation. Then I designed and Neil built our own house next door...the Chapucas.
